Relaxing stay, as always. Recently renovated and exceptionally comfortable place with very pleasant staff and incredible location right next to the central bus station...

Thanks everyone for a truly memorable stay for an unforgettable vacation. Double room was fine, the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast was rather basic with many options, with a good choice of healthy options. Loved our time here.

We have stated there for 3 nights. The cleanness of the room was good, towels and linen have been changed every day, the hotel provides one-off soap, shampoo and a bottle of the water. The location is perfect for visiting other cities and Dead Sea, for example. Also you can reach the Old Town by bus (20 min) or by foot (approximately 50 min). The hotel is near is a building area, but it's quite at the 4th floor. The breakfast it's ok if you planned to stay in a hotel for 3-4 days, not too delicious, but nice and simple buffet. a little tip: there is a wonderful stall near the hotel placed at the central bus station building where you can taste squeezed orange juice :)

This was an excellent small hotel in a great and brilliant location. The rooms were good and beautiful, there was an exceptionally comfortable bed. The breakfast was varied with a wide range of dishes to choose from.

The breakfast spread was excellent, and our room was spacious and super clean. The staff, especially Mary, was genuine and attentive. My grandson loved the convenience of accessing transportation.
My kids wished there were more activities for families.

Outrageous price for tiny room with zero amenities (no functional A/C, cigarette smoke in lobby, 2 thin towels, dingy room, high priced low-quality buffet with unsafe food handling practices, old beat-up furniture, ). Much better pricing for much higher quality and cleaner rooms were available in town i.e. Crown Plaza Jerusalem ($75/night cheaper and 100x better)

The first time I attempted to stay here, I was horrified at how horrible a hotel it was and always recommended for people to never stay here. However, I was very pleasantly surprised at my visit this time. It really was lovely, clean and updated, the staff was accommodating and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
The thing I hated the most was that the beds kept sliding apart. When you are there for a romantic getaway, the last thing you need is a canyon in the middle of the bed. It was never ending, even while sleeping there was a massive hole in the middle of the bed. There must be a way to strap the beds together or to get a solid double/king bed!!!

Staying at gold was a pleasant experience. The location was fantastic, just next to the tram stop and close to the central station. Maria at the reception was amazing, providing us with useful tips for exploring the area and helping us save time and money. The daily cleaning of our room was greatly appreciated.

For me this location is so central to all the rest of the city. the central bus station to take day trips to many other destinations in israel is so helpful. getting back late from somewhere is not a problem especially for women it is so safe and you feel ok doing so.. this is an ideal location to take a small group or large group to tour the land of israel. traveling alone this time the staff were so helpful in so many ways getting me taxi's and helping explain to the driver where I wanted to go.

Thoroughly enjoyed our extremely pleasant rooms in this place.
The bed was big, and the room itself was large.

We had an amazing stay with delicious breakfasts every morning and a smooth check-in process thanks to Mary, who was super helpful. The sun terrace and garden area were perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The only drawback was the hotel showing its age a bit, but everything worked well and that didn't dampen our fun at all! 😊
